I had a very comfortable stay in the hotel. The maid in room 1010 kept it in excellent condition throughout my holiday. The furniture was a bit basic and old, some even broken, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The service was great overall. The reception team was always available to help, and the animation team, especially Jorge, Martin, Claudia, Anna, Ron, and Tappi, did an excellent job entertaining guests.

The location was the real highlight of the hotel. I felt relaxed and calm, especially after enjoying the upgraded walk-in showers. However, there were some disappointments at the pool area with old sunbeds and litter scattered around.

The dining experience was very good with fresh and locally sourced products. The all-inclusive meals were varied, and the food was enjoyable, catering to all tastes.
